Q: Where is the product made and where do you ship from?

A: Our product is manufactured overseas and shipped from our Chicago warehouse.

 

Q: I placed my order, how long will it take to receive it?

A: Please allow 48 hours for your order to be shipped. Normally, delivery is 3-7 days depending on the shipping option. Delays may occur due to COVID and the holiday. 

 

Q: How do I know what size to get?

A: Size guides can be found here . Sizes may run smaller due to the material.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

A: We offer free exchanges but the customer must pay for the postage on all returns. More on that policy here

 

Q: What is Afterpay and how do I use it?

A: Afterpay is a 3rd party payment program that allows you to order your product now and pay in monthly interest free installments. The Afterpay option can be found on the payment screen after you enter your shipping information at checkout. Most of our customers prefer this method.
